Pump Repair or Replacement

We provide service for problems with major water handling equipment within your building. Some of the common problems, such as leaking seals or packing, noisey bearings, vibrating pump or motor, damaged coupling or rubber insert, burnt motor, and malfunctions are our specialty. We service a wide range of pumping and water handling equipment from different manufacturers.

Booster Pumps

Booster pumps are the most essential pump in any high rise building! They serve to provide water pressure to the whole building, and when these pumps fail, the upper floors of your building are left with no water! This will affect tenanted units, as well as other equipment that rely on the booster pumps. It is crucial that these pumps operate at their peak performance. This is where our technicians come in. We will ensure that your booster pumps are operating at their mаximum сapacity! We use the ProActive Solution when servicing booster pumps. This ensures that the pump end and motor are properly maintained. Don't be left dried because your motor fried! Whether you have an older constant speed package, or a newer VFD package, our experts have you covered.

Circulators and Boiler Pumps

These smaller units keep water flowing through other units, and failure with these pumps are felt within a couple of hours. Domestic hot water (DHW) circ pumps keep hot water flowing to provide instant hot water to tenants. When a DHW circ pump is down, tenants will be at your door complaining that it takes too long for hot water. Boiler pumps provide flow to allow DHW and heating boilers to work properly. Failure with these pumps usually causes the boiler to shut down. Whether the boiler is for DHW or heating, we want the boiler operational at all times! Keep tenants happy by being ProActive with these pumps!

Heating and Cooling Pumps

These seasonal pumps are for comfort! They provide heating and cooling to tenanted suites, common areas, and hallways inside your building. Depending on the weather, these pumps may need to run at their maximum сараcity, therefore, they need to be properly maintained. The last thing your building needs is a heating pump failure when it is -20 outside.

The comfort of your tenants is one of your top priorities, and your comfort is our priority. Take comfort in knowing that our technicians have the right solutions to keep your building cool or warm!

Fire and Jockey Pumps

The fire protection system inside your building consist of multiple equipment, and one of them is your fire pump. This pump provides pressure and flow to sprinkler heads, and fire hose connections. This pump doesn't normally run, but when it is needed it has to work! The fire pump is there to keep your building safe in the event of a fire. It is the only pump that is inspected by the city on an annual basis, therefore you need to be ProActive about its maintenance!

Unlike the other pumps in your building; which use mechanical seals, most fire pumps are equipped with packing. Which over time will need adjustment and replacement. When the packing fails, there will be excessive leakage from the pump. A smaller pressure boosting pump called a jockey pump is often installed with larger fire pumps. This pump maintains the required system pressure of the building. Over time, often due to small leaks, the system pressure will slowly drop, and this is where the small jockey pump is used to maintain the building pressure. Our technicians have the proper training to keep your fire and jockey pump in optimal condition!

Sump and Column Pumps

The hidden, and most neglected pumps within your building. Not many people pay attention to them, but when they fail, floods follow! These pumps are hidden inside a pit, often in the lowest part of your building. It is hard to diagnose problems with these pumps unless you have the proper training and equipment; which our technicians do.

Due to them being in a pit, these pumps are often costly to replace. They usually require lifting equipment to hoist them out of the pit for service or replacement. Our technicians carry the required equipment in their trucks, and aren't afraid to tackle the hardest sump and column pump challenges.

Our technicians have mastered the replacement of column pumps with sumps, and are experts at repiping discharge pipes for sump pumps.
